Use of the Site

Except in cases of fraud, the proof of which the User must provide, the User is financially responsible for his or her actions on the Site, particularly the use which is made of the data the User enters. The User also guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the data concerning him or her supplied to the Site.

Use of the Site which is fraudulent or which infringes upon the present General Terms and Conditions of Use and the General and Particular Terms and Conditions of Sale will lead to the User being refused, at any moment, access to the Service Provisions proposed by the Sellers or the other functions of the Site.

Access to the services presented on the Site may be restricted for certain persons or in certain countries. It is up to the User to check beforehand whether his or her situation allows the use of the services presented on the Site.

User Traces (Cookies)

The CDT undertakes to make its best efforts to make the services accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, except in cases of force majeure or of an event out of its control, notably disturbances in or interruptions of access networks, failure of the IT or telephony facilities of the Users and their correspondents, and, more generally, any event relating to internet access.

No guarantee is given to the User concerning:

- The absence of anomalies, errors and bugs likely to affect browsing on the Site or the use of any functionality proposed on the Site, or the use of a software program accessible on or from the Site;

- Or the possibility of correcting these anomalies, errors or bugs;

- Or the absence of interruptions or breakdowns in the functioning of the Site;

Under no circumstances will the CDT be responsible for direct or indirect and/or immaterial damage, either foreseeable or unforeseeable, resulting from the total or partial impossibility of using the functionalities of the Site.

Applicable Law
