Walking

Walking on and off the renown St Jacques trails is extremely popular in the Béarn and there are numerous official circuits and possibilities for all ages and levels. The hiking trails often combine acclaimed sites of historic interest or enable walkers to access unique vantage points for views of the mountains.

As well as marked walking trails, there are sign-posted cycle and mountain bike tracks throughout the region.                     Both walking and cycle tours can be combined with attractive accommodation packages.
