Makila Golf Club

 
Settled on a natural site overlooking rolling hills and valleys, with a spectacular view on the Pyrenees mountains in the distance, the Makila Golf Club is located in the typical Basque village of Bassussary, only five miles away from Bayonne and Biarritz.

A convivial course with well varied holes is sure to please all golfers, the par 72, 6,176 metres long course provides very different holes for golfers of all levels an is open all year round.

Designed by the American architect Rocky Roquemore, the 18 hole layout allows golfers to open their shoulders from the tee with the main defence coming from its hilly nature and the beautiful ancient oaks which line the fairways.
